Las Águilas
This is a large beach of crystal clear waters and white sand located south of Pedernales. However, don't forget your umbrella because shade is scarce in this semi-desert area.
Bahoruco
It is not completely isolated, as it is relatively close to the town of the same name and therefore has some services and amenities. However, the environment is as spectacular as in any of the previous ones.
Playa Rincón
It is located approximately 20 kilometers from the peninsula of Samaná and is accessible only by a goat path through which you will have to walk... But the effort will be worth it as soon as you step on the soft white sand of the beach, its beautiful crystal clear waters and the beautiful mountainous landscape that stretches around it.
El Macao
Declared as one of the best by UNESCO, this beach of palm trees and fine white sand has been taking prominence and unfortunately more and more disappears its virginal charm to become a clear tourist destination.
San Lorenzo
It is located in the National Park of Los Haitises and is only accessible by boat because of its unusual location between mountains. This bay is spectacular thanks to its fine white sand, crystalline waters and a natural environment full of green vegetation.
