My dvc Disney Vacation Club

Disney Vacation Club (DVC) is a vacation timeshare division owned and operated by Disney Vacation Development, Inc. a subsidiary of Disney Parks and Resorts, a division of The Walt Disney Company. It allows the purchase of real estate interest in a DVC resort. The Senior Vice President of Disney Vacation Club is Ken Potrock.

To become a DVC member, one must purchase a one-time real estate interest in one of the Disney Vacation Club Resorts, and then pay an annual fee. All ownerships are sold as either a ground lease or a term per year.
To become a DVC member, one must purchase a one-time real estate interest in one of the Disney Vacation Club Resorts, and then pay annual dues. All memberships are sold as a ground or term lease for years. Your timeshare cannot be sold in Nebraska. Disney includes a right of first refusal clause in its membership contracts and uses a non-judicial foreclosure process. The company has only two approved resale companies, Fidelity Resales and Vacatia.Disney also offers timeshare loans for the buyer.
One of the great advantages of being part of the Disney Vacation Club, especially with the increase in the number of visitors, is that you will be able to book your accommodation before anyone else (up to 11 months before the general public in your main Resort).

This advantage will allow you to enjoy regular Disney vacations practically guaranteed, even in high season like Christmas and in the most demanded resorts.

It is important to note that during the entire term of the contract the DVC points and the leasehold interest itself belong to the owner, who can manage it freely.

This means that Disney Vacation Club members can acquire additional points, sell the points they will not enjoy in a given year, and even transfer the real estate title to their descendants in case of death (I know, it's not too "magical" to talk about these issues, but it's an important advantage)!

Other Disney Vacation Club advantages
But there are many more reasons to join the Disney Vacation Club.

Along with the convenience of having a "home away from home" (and a home in the most magical place on earth no less!) Disney DVC members also enjoy many of the perks normally reserved for guests staying at Disney hotels including Magical Express shuttle service, Extra Magic Hours, and free parking at both Disney parks and hotels.

Fricolandia

Fricolandia is in the El Castillo community, in La Isabela (yes, the first city in the New World), Puerto Plata. It is an hour and a half from the center of the province, taking the Puerto Plata-Navarrete highway, turn in Imbert, pass through Luperón and when you reach the area where the Villa Isabela archaeological park is, turn right, until a point where a white wall and a seahorse give you the signal that you have reached Fricolandia.  It is a very pleasant place that we got to know thanks to the recommendations of our readers, and we took the opportunity to get to know it while we “routed” through Puerto Plata, so keep sending us your suggestions In its regular operation, the restaurant opens from Monday to Sunday, from 9 a.m. : 00 in the morning, until 7:00 at night. The cover is RD $ 700, if you decide to bring your food, but including lunch it is RD $ 1,100 per person. This includes water and coffee and they have drinks for sale at the bar. Lunc...

How to choose the best hotel options or Airbnb

How to choose a good hotel or Airbnb. I often choose based on different key factors, as certain destinations or types of travel lend themselves better to one of the two options. If I'm planning a weekend in the great outdoors, for example, I'll most likely go with an Airbnb where I can have a good travel experience, rather than stressing out because I've chosen a roadside motel. However, when it's time to put a "totally unwind" and lounge by the pool, I'll stick with the hotel. At other times, and especially when it comes to cities, it can get tedious. Do I want to live like a neighbor in an apartment or enjoy a swanky hotel For me, the decision typically comes down to price. Fortunately, a new report from Compare The Market may help you make a decision. The British company known for comparing insurance, credit cards and more analyzed nightly rates for both hotels and Airbnb in 52 popular urban destinations. On average, they found that cheaper ...
